Servicing your RMA and Warranty Needs on ETI’s products
How It Works
Contact ETI's Customer Service Dept.
If the product requires service for any reason, the customer should contact ETI’s Customer Service Department. If the product must be returned to ETI for repair or replacement.
Assign Return Materials Authorization (RMA) #
If the product must be returned to ETI for repair or replacement, the customer must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.
Packing & Shipping
Products must be packed in original packaging or equally suitable containers & shipped prepaid with RMA numbers on packing slips. Unauthorized or improperly packed returns are subject to additional charges.
Units will be evaluated and disgnosed before sending the customer an invoice for any repair/replacement/upgrades.
Repair / Replacement
Repair or replacement during the warranty period is free for defective products. In other situations fees may apply.
Return to Customer
Repaired units will be shipped back backt to the customer at their own expense.
